ESD-Latch up Testbench
Requested by the ESD Association’s board, my group was tasked with creating a PCB capable of testing ESD latch up damage and effects. The project underwent an academic lens, being focused on teaching students the effects and causes of ESD damage. The board contains a microcontroller to control I/O and store data, USB power, a discrete inverter system, and voltage regulation among its components. The board was hand soldered, tested, and met all goals required of the client. I personally oversaw the power and data collection systems, soldering, and programming of the board.

Astable Multivibrator Project
Guided PCB Construction
This project was made through end-to-end PCB design and creation with a given design. This involved importing and creating the circuit schematics and device footprints, then creating the PCB layout and soldering the finished product. The green PCB was ordered, with the copper variant being hand milled.

Integrated Circuit Design Lab
SRAM Cell
This project entailed the full schematic and layout of an SRAM cell within Cadence Virtuoso. This involved a row decoder with accompanying column circuitry: precharge, SRAM array (not pictured), column mux, then the sense amplifiers (also in order of slide). These also underwent LVS and DRC checks that were clean.

16 Bit Unsigned Multiplier with RNG
This project was creating the schematic and layout for a multiplier circuit. This involved creating the base adders implemented into the circuit then combining them into the full multiplier. This was a Carry-Save Adder and a Carry-Propagate Adder array architectures, which took two 8bit RNG unsigned binary numbers into the multiplier to be computed. The images are in increasing order of magnitude, the full adder, CSA, multiplier array, then the completed array layout/
